RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are committed to selling quality products however we are aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to exchange or return your purchase. This can be done within 14 days of receipt. Please return items in a saleable condition by recorded post. Fill out the form on the back of your delivery note and detail the products you’re returning. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, swing tags, labelling, branding. Upon receipt and examination, we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged or is any condition that we deem renders the item unfit for resale. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free returns service, therefore delivery charges are non-refundable unless the garment is faulty.
